PARKING

There are hundreds of municipal parking spots within ¼ mile of Olio’s premises, as well as abundant side street parking. The closest, largest lot is at 86 Mill Street, Peabody.  A map of the city spots can be found here. No storage is available for equipment and containers. No parking on-premises for vendors.

03
DELIVERIES

There are two places to unload:

  1. Trucks and vehicles smaller than 16 feet may unload in the back area with direct access into the event space until 1am Friday/Saturday nights, 12am on Thursday night, and 11pm Sunday-Wednesday nights. No trucks/vehicles allowed before 8am on Sunday and before 6am Monday-Saturday. To access the back loading area, direct your GPS to 3 Littles Lane, Peabody, MA.  Take a left and pull up towards our metal ramp. There is no idling allowed at any time.

  2. Trucks larger than 16 feet or vehicles arriving outside of the above hours must load and unload on Main Street.  We have a large loading zone directly in front of 43 Main Street that anyone can use.  Items will have to be carried to the rear of the building.

All vendor deliveries/loading must be scheduled through the Client at least two weeks in advance. Deliveries must be scheduled within the hours of the client’s rental window, unless otherwise agreed upon with Olio’s Event Manager, so please do not arrive early for load in. Propping of the back doors must be limited to contain noise and for temperature control.
