When comparing venue rental fee plus food/beverage costs, Olio is an affordable and unique venue in the Boston area. Olio does not have a food/beverage or a guest count minimum, leaving those pieces up to you.  That means with a small budget (making great use of our naturally beautiful space), a large budget (with amazing florals, dramatic lighting, and an event planner), or anything in between, Olio may be the perfect fit for your event.

Discounted rates are available for Peabody residents, nonprofit organizations, and last-minute bookings. We are also available to rent by the weekend, week, or month for productions or events that require extensive setup. Please inquire!

Last Minute

Are you planning a celebration or gathering within the next three months? We'd love to chat!


We offer special discounted pricing for bookings made at the "last minute" and it's a great option especially for birthdays, showers, and meetings.  Our rates are $300/hour (Mon-Wed) and $350/hour (Thurs-Sun) and you'll rent the space for all of the time you need for setup, cleanup, and the event itself.  Reach out now and we are happy to check availability.

Daily rentals include up to ten hours. All rentals must be delivered and setup completed within the rental period unless otherwise discussed with Event Manager.  Additional hours may be added.


An additional $1,000 damage deposit is required for all events at the second contract payment and will be refunded 30 days after the event, given there are no damages to the property and/or violations of venue policies.


Onsite event coordination is not included and hiring a planner or 

day-of coordinator is highly recommended.


Rates assume a caterer and bartending service from the provided list will be used.  An additional fee will be charged for use of a vendor outside of this list and all vendors are subject to Event Manager approval.


Holiday weekend Sundays and certain off-peak holidays are treated as Saturday Peak rentals: Memorial Day Sunday, Labor Day Sunday, Indigenous Peoples' Day Sunday, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day.


Events must conclude by 10:30 PM Sunday through Wednesday,

11:00 PM Thursday, and

12:00 AM Friday and Saturday.
