Olio was built specifically to cater to photography and videography. The 6,000 square foot space offers ultimate flexibility with abundant natural light near the windows and fully controllable overhead lighting on dimmers. In the middle of the room, where the natural light doesn't reach, creative directors have complete control over the lighting by using Olio's existing overhead lights or bringing in any of your own lighting to create the perfect daytime or nighttime look.

The unique building is steeped in history, and recently modernized with upgrades like air conditioning, ADA accessibility, and 3-phase electric power. The wood floors add a soft, warm look, while the modern lines of the building fade into the background to bring focus to the feature of the photo or video.
