Our all-inclusive package brings all the key elements of your wedding day together. We’ve curated the dream team so you don't have to. The Matinee gathers our favorite, most trusted partners into one seamless experience. We handle the logistics; you focus on the 'I do.'

We're here to guide you through each step of the planning process and have selected the essential team members for an incredible celebration.

The Venue & Services

A personal 30-minute ceremony, preceded by a half-hour of music and anticipation as your guests arrive

1 hour cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing (see sample timeline below)

A curated mix of furniture to seat your favorite people comfortably, all set against our historic concrete backdrop

Personalized day-of coordinator, managing all aspects of the wedding day onsite and including pre-wedding support, meetings and day-of timeline

Vendor choices are subject to availability. Most services can be upgraded through the vendor directly for additional charge if desired.

Catering

Three (3) passed appetizers for cocktail hour or an expansive grazing table.

Plated salad first course.

Plated meal, including two (2) meal options (choice of one (1) beef/chicken/fish and one (1) vegetarian).

Dessert and standard coffee/tea offerings (no additional fee to provide your own dessert option for the caterer to serve).

Open bar (beer and wine) for four (4) hours and soda/juice non-alcoholic beverages for the duration.

The Set Up

All vendors are onsite and setting up. The venue will be available for photos.

Ready for guest arrival with music playing. The couple usually hides away!
The Ceremony

We'll help you make a grand entrance or subtly take your place.
The Cocktail Hour

Beverages, apps, music, and the chance to snap photos with guests.
The Dinner
6:30PM
A multicourse meal to enjoy. This is a great time to include toasts and traditions.
The Celebration
7:30PM
Dancing, merriment and dessert!
The Final Note

A perfect ending. Your guests head out into the night, and we handle the heavy lifting of cleanup.
