The cost for this package is $16,300 as a flat rate. Massachusetts sales tax and all admin charges and fees are already included in the package. There are no additional base fees. The client may choose to add on additional cost items directly with vendors after booking The Matinee package. For example, you may want to add an engagement session with your photographer or an extra corsage with the florist or another dessert option with the caterer. These additional options are completely at the client's discretion.

When we put together the Matinee all-inclusive wedding package at Olio, we decided to include everything you need for your wedding day. You have the venue, furniture, lighting, decor (candles, flowers, drapery), onsite coordination, multi-course meal and appetizers, beverage/bar, staffing/service, photography, DJ/MC, and ceremony officiant. Just figure out what you want to wear, send your invitations, and show up! There are no additional required fees. Sales tax is included. We love to meet wedding creatives! You do have the option to bring in additional vendors that are not included in the package, for example: beauty artists, transportation, photo booth, videography. Olio will share our favorite referrals when you book the Matinee package. You may provide your own vendor for the included services of DJ, photographer, officiant, or florist. Providing your own vendor will not change the flat rate price of the Matinee all-inclusive package. All vendors must be licensed and insured, per the terms of your contract with Olio.

While Olio does not have our own getting ready suites, we have many local hotel and Airbnb rental options. Within close walking distance, Olio is proud to partner with the Bell Inn, which boasts 8 luxury suites, a top-notch bar and restaurant, and an outdoor dining patio (weather permitting). Before there was the Matinee all-inclusive wedding package and before even there was Olio, our founder and owner Sarah started her first business, the award-winning local coordination company Without A Hitch.(withoutahitchboston.com) While she continues to provide coordination at venues all over New England, this is a service that is offered to couples getting married at Olio and included for couples booking the Matinee package. Your coordinator will walk you through each step of the planning process, including connecting with your vendors for the package, making decisions about decor and design, creating a detailed day-of wedding timeline. We are available to answer questions anytime throughout the planning process and will make sure you don't get off-track. On the day of the wedding, your coordinator will guide the entire day, overseeing the vendor partnerships and guest experience and making sure that YOU have everything you need. ✔️ wedding planning made super easy.

Our exclusive catering partner for the Matinee package takes allergies very seriously. Please inquire with us directly so that we can go through the menu options as well as your specific food preferences. An entirely vegetarian or gluten free menu is available upon request. Kosher meals, if required, will incur an additional cost.

While dessert comes with our all-inclusive wedding package, we recognize that couples may have a specific bakery or ice cream shop in mind or a dessert tradition (hello Pittsburgh cookie table!) that they wish to incorporate into the wedding day. You may bring in dessert from any licensed bakery or restaurant for service by the included caterer. There is no additional cake cutting or dessert service fee.

We would be delighted to provide customized proposal for your review, along with a personalized in-person or virtual tour. A signed contract and paid retainer ($5,000) are required to reserve your date. Olio is unable to hold any dates without the signed contract and paid retainer.

Your all-inclusive wedding package comes with an onsite coordinator who will help with setup. Because the package comes with everything couples need, most couples bring in little or no additional decor. If you do have additional small decor to bring in (ie table numbers, guestbook, favors), the coordinator will be happy to set it up for you. These items will be discussed during the coordination meeting after booking.
