Olio is delighted to offer fully customized add-on services that many clients choose to elevate their event experience. From enhanced decor to unique lighting options, our add-ons are designed to complement and customize your venue rental, making every detail truly unforgettable.

STRING LIGHTS
Middle: $1,000 (most popular)

Fully customized bistro-style string lights. Our in-house string lights create a warm, cozy romantic setting by bringing the outdoors in.
Choose from the middle of room package (typically over the dining tables), the front of the room, or the full room.

STRING LIGHT ADD-ON:
GREENERY

Transform our string lights into a lush, romantic canopy with a hanging greenery option. This elegant addition adds a touch of natural beauty and creates an unforgettable ambiance for your special day. Our suspended greenery intertwines with 4 of the 7 middle of room light strands.



UPLIGHTS
$750
Twenty-five (25) LED uplights placed around the 2nd floor of Olio's space with client's choice of seven (7) colors.


WINDOW DRAPERY
$800
Look no further than this stunning custom fabric installation for a complete room transformation.
14-foot white or black sheer drape panels are suspended on either side of the oversize front windows for a luxe modern feel. Jaws will drop!
Additional custom colors may be available for an additional fee and with sufficient lead time.





CUSTOM NEON SIGNS
$350
Looking to add a unique touch to your special event without adding another planning element to your plate? Look no further! Olio is thrilled to announce we are now offering customizable neon signs to all clients. Lighting is a simple way to make a big impact in the venue space and transform it to match your vision. Included in the add-on:

Installation and removal by Olio staff in client’s chosen location from 9' hooks

Take it home with you at the end of the night to keep!

DISCO BALL

Make any event sparkle and shine with a ✨ disco ball ✨ hanging from the ceiling. Price varies depending on event specifics and includes an onsite lighting tech for install, customization, and breakdown.

There are two places you are sure to find your guests: on the dance floor and gathered around the bar. And what better way to set the scene for your unforgettable celebration than with a custom bar that matches your style and theme? Browse below to experience each of our custom bar options.


THE MORPH
6': $1,300 8': $1,500
The Morph Mirror Bar is a fun, modern addition to your special event. The stylish mirror front both reflects your custom décor and blends into the background of the venue. This bar is available in both 6’ and 8’ lengths.
The 6’ bar measures 72” L x 24” D x 42” H, and the 8’ bar measures 96” L x 24” D x 42” H.

THE VERSA
$800
Bold and stylish, a classic option to enhance your guests’ experience. The Versa Bar is sleek as well as functional, with a work table included “inside” the bar for a practical work space.
The Versa measures 72" L x 32" W x 42" H. Available to rent in either BLACK or WHITE.

THE EBONY
$950
Industrial and elegant, the Ebony Stained Loft Bar is hand-stained and hand-crafted. This dark wood bar is an elegant addition to the space, and the faux crocodile leather bar top adds a dramatic flair.
This bar measures 72" L x 32" W x 42" H.


DANCE FLOORS
21' x 21': $1,200 ~100 people
24' x 27': $1,600 ~150 people
While many of our events dance right on our historic wood floors, bringing in a dance floor can define the space and add a beautiful visual element.
Renting a dance floor is required for some events. Please review the terms of your contract.

EVENT DAY COORDINATION
$2,800
This service is provided through our sister company, Without A Hitch, an award-winning day-of coordination service based in Boston and founded by Sarah Narcus, the owner of Olio, in 2013. The simple, single package includes two essential components: pre-event support and onsite day-of management.
For this add-on only, a seperate contract/retainer fee will be required directly with Without A Hitch LLC.
Note that this service is pending availability and early booking is strongly suggested.
